The service at Gary Crossley Ford is the absolute worst ever. I have 3 Ford vehicles and will never ever deal with Gary Crossley for anything ever again. I took a 2006 Expedition in on Monday at 8:30 because the check engine light was on. At noon I called them and the guy was at lunch. At 1:15 he called me back and said they just got the car in the shop but the mechanic just left for lunch. I asked him what options I had because I had kids to pickup at 3:20 from school. He was rude and told me we have to wait until they determine what's wrong with the car. At 2:30 he called and told me the problem and they would have it done on Tuesday morning. I agreed to the work, price and timing. Now it is Wednesday afternoon and still no word from them. They did call Tuesday afternoon and instead of saying the work was done, they said they wanted another $150 because the job was harder than they originally figured.

At this point I called for the Service Manager but he was off so got to the voice mail of the GM, Todd Crossley.I left him a pointed message on how unhappy I was as a customer and asked him for two things - one is to explain why he is asking me to pay extra money because the spark plugs were "too hard" to remove from the vehicle. I told him they work on Fords all day and they should know how to do the tasks. The second thing was to tell me when I might get the car back.

As you would expect from any dealership GM, he never called me back.
