I tried to post a reply to tonythemongooses responses but I kept getting an error page so I wanted to give an opinion on this matter.

Your post was right on I had a similar situation with a car dealership and I waited seven months until I filed my lawsuit due to the fact I was given that advice to wait by my attorney. In the end I was awarded fifteen times the value of the vehicle and monetary losses, which included personal damages and there was never any forgery involved in my case. Look at all of the positive opinions for tonythemongoose and look at all of negative opinions for everyone else involved in this case. What do you think a jury’s opinion will be? I know first hand most of the immediate public dislike and mistrust car manufacturers and dealerships for this very reason. Where’s the dealership now that was involved in my case? There now out of business. I heard about this story and posts on cardealercheck.com by an unbelievable amount of people so I figured I would give my opinion. That twelve thousand dollar Ford Mustang Convertible Schaumburg Kia, the KIA Corporation, and Willow brook Ford/Kia is going to ae09look like a small lunch bill when the damages are awarded to tonythemongoose and all of the vehicle sales these posts will have cost you. You brought this bad publicity all on yourselves. When you do the right thing you always win but when you go out of your way to cheat people and forge consumer’s names then you lose. Tonythemongoose you have my support and your doing the right thing getting the word out, this will insure know one ever has Schaumburg Kia, the kia corporation or anyone else involved in this case do this to them. I was told about this issue by many individuals in my profession, so after reading all of the posts, I would like to give a breakdown of my opinion regarding this matter.
 • This case should have never seen the inside of a courtroom.
 • Exhibit b should have never been entered in as evidence.
Wonin2007 was exactly right; Schaumburg Kia and everyone involved in this will pay dearly for damages. I’ve tried multiple dealership cases in Chicago IL and do you know how many dealerships attorneys won against me? None, a jury or the judge always sided for the consumer not the dealership. What always baffled me was this, the dealership and there attorneys always played hard ball, but then in the end whined about how much money they had to pay out in damages.

This posted story tells a very serious miscarriage of justice. Tonythemongoose I’m sure you have an attorney due to the fact three attorneys have offered their services through cardealercheck.com alone. I also realize all attorneys have there own agenda and timetable for pending lawsuits. As for Ms. Ashen and her associate have you contacted the A.R.D.C. to file a complaint? I have a very good friend who works at the A.R.D.C., so I’ll see if I can set up an interview between you and my very good friend at the A.R.D.C. I’ll let you know the outcome and possible interview date through your e-mail address. Schaumburg KIA I believe these posts speak volumes regarding your business ethics and morality.

Everyone, I have received an overabundance of e-mails, which mentioned all of the new posts that have been written even after I stated I was no longer going to post on cardealercheck.com. I felt that it would be only fitting to post one last time just to say thank you to everyone who has posted or sent me e-mails of support. I was overwhelmed by the amount of e-mails that I've received from attorneys and judges in the Chicago land and metropolitan area, my first thought was I'm going to get an earful, yet all I received were e-mails that stated your doing the right thing and keep getting the word out. To everyone who has e-mailed me in the legal profession, I want to send out a debt of gratitude for your kind words. I also want to reiterate one final thing, my posting and getting the word out is in no way meant to put anyone out of business, yet it is to insure that the immediate public is aware of Schaumburg Kia, The Kia Corporation and their attorney Ms. Debra Ashens tactics. I'm not sure what struck such a chord in peoples opinions, but in a very small way this may very well change the behavior of the individuals who are involved this situation. As I stated from the beginning all I wanted was for Schaumburg Kia and everyone else involved in this situation to stand behind a signed contractual agreement, as they would have expected from any consumers whom purchased a vehicle from them. If this situation never happens to anyone again, then the boycott and the posts would have insured that very outcome. Thank you, Tonythemongoose
