I wanted to let everyone know about an experience I had at Schaumburg Kia the situation took place in May of 2008. I looked at a vehicle on there website and called on it. I was told the price which was quoted on their website. I then went into their dealership and what do you know the vehicles price when up two thousand dollars. When I asked what happened they stated we forgot to change the price on our website. I then said but you quoted me the website price over the phone. My Salesman’s name was mike and they kept calling him mikey. Look I won’t state whether mikey p is a fraud or not but what a coincidence isn't it. I wasn’t going to say anything but I thought if tonythemongoose can stand up and let the truth be heard then why I shouldn’t. These guys are unethical, liars, and cheats. Tonythemongoose thank you for letting people know that injustices can and need to be heard.I believe your story, so let Schaumburg Kia keep lying.

I’ve read some really nasty things before, but this has to take the cake. Let’s call tonythemongoose by his name, Mr. Sottile. I was in court on August 11,2008 defending a client when I had the ability to overhear this case. First of all, the judge only recommended that Mr. Sottile give back the vehicle; she also stated that Mr. Sottile could go to trial and fight for the vehicle if he wanted too. Mr. Sottile’s attorney was on vacation so Mr. Sottile stated I’m tired of them continually threatening to steal the 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible so your honor, I’ll give back the 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible back and let my attorney do what needs to be legally done down the road. Scam you forgot about the part were two Schaumburg Kia employees came to Mr. Sottile’s home and tried to extort the Ford Mustang from his home by calling him and his mom who was at the home some very disgusting names for witnesses to hear. The police were called and what was that scam, they wouldn’t allow Schaumburg Kia to take the vehicle.'There is a police report for evidence’ Let’s talk about exhibit b, why didn’t the judge rule on it? Ms. Ashen’s associated stated under oath that yes Mr. Sottile was given a five day contingency, yet exhibit b states a non day contingency. I’m disgusted, why? Ms. Ashen and her associate knew that exhibit b was a forgery, why? Then her associate would have stated Mr. Sottile was given a non-day contingency not a five day contingency. In a court of law if evidence is not brought into play then a judge can’t rule on it. Thank you lawman for telling about cardealercheck.com, I’m glad since Mr. Sottile was a true professional and kept all of this out his posts, I now have the ability to let the truth be known. Mr. Sottile if you’re looking for an attorney, I’ll also send you e-mail and let me know.

Legalbrief , Thank you and I appreciate how difficult it must have been as an attorney to give a true account of what happened on August 11,2008 at the Mchenry County Courthouse regarding the practices of attorneys in your proffession. My goal regarding my posts were only to insure dealerships like Schaumburg Kia never pull this type of unethical behavior on any other consumers, I also felt Ms. Ashen and her associates actions were unethical and violated the very oath they took as officer of the courts. What I wanted from the beginning was very simple, it was for Schaumburg Kia to stand behind a contractual agreement entered into between my self and there dealership. Please be advised, I will continue to insure I get the word out regarding Schaumburg Kia and there business ethics. Car dealercheck.com, thank you for the opportunity to get the word out and I appauld your webpage for giving the consumer the opportunity to do just that. As for everyone who has written positives posts on my behalf, Thank you. I would please ask anyone who is posting to please insure we keep are opinions proffesional and fair, because If we begin to lie and make up stories, then we stoop to the level of the very people we're posting about. Thank you, tonythemongoose

Tonythemongoose your a class act! Legal brief i appreciate you being proffessional enough to let attorneys know when the crossed the line. Schaumburg Kia how many sales do you believe this cost you? I'll bet alott more then the $13,500.00 dollar Ford Mustang Convertible sitting at WillowBrook Ford/Kia. Yes I've become a member of the boycott team. Keep telling this story tonythemongoose to insure know one else has to endure this type of arrogence. This will be my final post.
