Ford Edge should have had electric front passenger seat, but came with out it. Promise to replace with the proper seat within 45 days has now been going on three months, and still no seat. This was a requirement when we bought the car, as my wife has arthritis and cannot adjust the seat. Our salesman Matt Roche' promised to get it taken care of, but he never returned our calls when we would ask him about it. Then we went to see the owner, Matt Arbour and he promised he would fix it for us and call us that afternoon with the information, but it has now been three days and we still haven't heard from him. I would never recommend this dealer ship to anyone. No calls to us at all. Once we left the dealership, no one has called to see if everything was working, or if we were satisfied with the car. The car if fine, but the dealership stinks. :x
