After negotiations and finally an agreement on a price at 2:00 pm I was told they would get back to me with the information on wiring the money because they are in Ohio and I was in Pennsylvania. Sean Manz stated I got a good deal on the car and said he would get back to me with all the banking and routing information. The next day in the morning I called Sean and he started the conversation with I have some bad news we sold the car at 5:30 yesterday. I of course was upset thinking I was waiting to go to the bank to wire the money. I asked to speak to a manger who got on the phone and was very curt with me. He stated we had no deal you gave no money. I took Sean's word that he was getting back to me with the routing information, but apparently another person came in and offered more. They didn't even have the courage to call me. Very poor sales practices. Not people you can trust and stand by their word. We spend a lot of money on vehicles and there are better dealerships to give our money and business to.
