Service tech Eric was excellent in treating me as a customer, Audi dealerships usually treat younger Audi drivers like crap, no questions about "is this your car..." just straight to the point and willing to help me out. My A6 had an electrical issue and it was taken care of by their techs and surprisingly did not turn into something they could have easily taken advantage of - later when I had to have my TC replaced they laid the facts out to me as to what the parts and labor were to cost. During the repair they offered a courtesy car, although not Audi (they said that they were out at the time) I was given a rental from Enterprise. Their labor rates are also less expensive than comparable Audi dealers but their turnaround time is unusually long - could be due to the fact that they also service Jeep/VW and therefore are busy. The service waiting room is clean and friendly, they also have a shuttle service but it is only limited to the Bellingham area.
