Our experience here, after the sale, was horrible. The dealership sent us documentation, offering free services for the life of the warranty (4 yr/ 50k). When we attempted to make us of this offer, they reneged. Their claim was that it didn't apply to our purchase, yet they had sent the information to our home? One additional service incident, under warranty, was also quite negative. Never again! I now take my car to North Scottsdale VW and am much happier there. Berge...suck it!
