This has been building for a long time. I've serviced two cars at Tri-County for years. Over time, they've morphed their service department into a large operation that is there solely to milk as much money out of you as possible. No thought about long term customer satisfaction or standing behind the product put out by Toyota. In the past I've remained loyal as they botched major repairs, recommended service that was inappropriate, and over charged for things. But no more, enough is enough. The service writers that have been there the longest are the worst, and management provides lip service, with no hope of truly changing the operation. Bottom line is that pretty much any other service option would be better. Taking a car to this dealer will cost you a great deal of cash and will probably shorten the life of the vehicle.
