SERVICE WAS AVERAGE,SALES WAS GOOD,NEW F-150 WITH MANY PROBLEMS WITH A COUPLE OF THEM BEING MAJOR.CAM PHASER,FUEL INJECTOR,VALVE SEALS,BRAKES AND ALL BEFORE 25000 MILES. ANY CONCERNS WERE ANSWERED WITH AN "OH WELL "ATTITUDE AND THE ONLY RESOLUTION WAS"MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK OF AN EXTENDED WARRENT". THIS COMING FROM THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP,THE SERVICE PERSONEL,AND THE SALES DEPT
WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER FOR AFTER PURCHASE SATISFACTION.

As tough as it is to completely satisfy everyone, I do know we did whatever we needed to do to complete any and every repair under warranty and of course without cost. Loaners cars were available and we were very accomodating. When the customer wanted to trade, we gave him fair numbers, but when they want us to throw lots of extra money at the deal because of their inconvienience, it becomes difficult to meet their expectations. I am the dealer and was involved in the deal. The salesperson is actually related to him and wasn't surprised at this response. We wish him the best and look forward to working with him and his family the next time.
