Having just moved to the island we were having some problems with our grand vitara. The seatbelt sensor was going off for the passanger seat even though no body was in it. We took it to Big island toyota and suzuki because they are the only suzuki dealer on this side of the island. They said they had no idea why it was doing it and unless they could get the sensor to go off regularly they could't fix it, and oh... whatever it is it has to be fixed within 200 miles before the warranty expires. Took it back, couldn't figure it out. Called an actual suzuki dealer on the mainland and it took him about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and tell me what needed to be done to fix it. All without ever seeing the car. He said it was one of the most common problems with that model and was an easy fix. just have to order the part. Too bad the technicians at big island toyota and suziki aren't smart enough to figure it out. Unfortunatly I have to return there because I have no where else to go.
