This is hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. The service department had my car in their possession for 5 days before I was finally informed they could not figure out what was wrong with it and had obviously made no repairs. This was after I left several messages with not a single call returned. After continuously calling back, I was able to get a service tech on the phone who admitted he received my voicemails but was just really busy. Unbelieveable!!! Not to mention when I dropped it off, I sat in the service department for 20 minutes before one of the 3 techs in the room actually greeted me. I literally watched one sitting 4 feet in front of me finish his sandwich before he acknowledged me. I wil never bring my business to this dealership for any reason again.
