One of the most unscrupulous dealers in mass
1.Did not prep auto prooperly for sale 2.Did nor repair all problems in a efficient manner after I gave the list to the General manager Matt Thomspson. 3.Wrong number of mileage 50,000 instaead of 70,000 put on my warranty,has refsued to coreect and lied to the BBB about offering me a compomise about fixing the problem which was their mistake. 4.On two occasions attempted to repair a problem under the extended warranty,failed on 1/29/07 and then again on 4/14/07,PETER KING gm of watertown ford PROMISED TO SEND VEHICLE TO A CHEVY DEALER FO FIX,DID NOT,VEHICLE WHISTLING LIKE A SEWING MACHINE. ISSUE STILL PENDING.. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR SERVICE JUST ATTROCIOUS!!!!! :x  :? :?

Update on One of the most unscrupulous dealers in mass
Please note in the practice of doing honest and ethical business , this dealer has done nothing in over 2 years to rectify my problem on my extended warranty, all i ever got was asong and dance,if you want a reputable auto dealer go someplace else.if you want lies aand promises you are quite welcome to use this dealer.I have learned my lesson!!!!Still waiting for this dealer to do something!!!This dealer is great atdoing nothing!!
