how good is a 145K miles BMW?? should i buy it?

i saw this car on craigslists for 3K $ ....it looks good but i am worried about the miles on it....does anybody know if its worth a shot???
this is a 1995 BMW 325i and it is black with leather interior !!

My 1989 535i is a little over 150k now and runs like a champ.

The guys at an independent shop said she is just now brokin in, lol.

BMW's last for a long time if you take care of them well, make sure to get a carfax report.
