Default 98 Mustang Power Steering Pump...easy to replace?

Looking at a 1998 Mustang with 100,000 miles in good shape other than the power steering pump whines. Still steers fine...is it an easy/cheap fix?

sometimes difficult to replace the pulley if you get a rebuilt unit,I would suggest getting a recycled one from a junkyard which will be complete with the wheel
