Hi guys I took my road test three days back and failed miserably, lol.
I was asked to do a three point turn, I had practiced a lot earlier for it and infact I even had taken drivers-ed in high school on my dad's insistence! And to further trying to perfect my driving skills and also reduce insurance, I took a defensive driving course.
Alas! I failed

She failed me coz she did not like my three point turn!
This is what I did, on her telling me to do a three point turn, I scanned and looked for traffic and gave my right indication and pulled over the kerb on the right. Then looking in my rear-view mirror and over my shoulder, I gave the indication to take a left turn. So I took my left turn, looked agian on both left and right sides and began to reverse by moving my wheel towards my right, as I did so I came to the end of the kerb and then again looked left and right and began to take the turn and proceed in the other direction.
She failed me stating I was NOT supposed to go on oncoming traffic under and circumstance. Now I cannot understand how would I have been able to make that turn without reversing a bit on the the other lane from which I originally made the turn, the road was BROAD I must confess. Can anyone tell me exactly what I did wrong and what she wanted, I have looked at videos on youtube and ehow, etc...But they all seem to do the three-point turn like me.. I guess she wanted me to stay in the same lane and reverse, in which i was supposed to move in while taking the turn How can I pass my road test if I do not know what I did wrong!!!!!!
Thanks a lot, guys n gurls..
