 Can a 17 year old have a car? titled in their name in the state of Louisiana if they purcahse the car from a private seller.For example my friend is 21 and he is sellin his car for 2000...can i get the car in my name if i buy it or does it have to be in a parents name.I am already covered by my parents car insurance.      |
