Default Installing complete wiring harness on a 1969 Camaro?

Prices to get my 69 Camaro completely rewire are extremely absurd. Everywhere I go prices are over 15 hundred bux. Instead, I plan on buying the complete harness kit from Classic Industries and doing the whole wiring myself. Just wanted to ask if anyone has completely re-wire a classic car, and what kind of troubles should I be concern with and is it really difficult? I know its a time consuming process but is it extremely hard? Thanks
