 Should I keep my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer's 4WD is "auto" all the time? When we bought the vehicle the dealer told us to always keep the 4WD in "Auto" and to only use "4 HI" or "4 LO" when we needed it. Now my front differential needs to be rebuilt because we kept in "Auto" all the time and it is hashed. The guy who is fixing it told me to keep it in 2WD all of the time and use "Auto" only in icy conditions. Of course the original dealer is back tracking now, but what should I be using and why? Thanks to all.      |
