Default Fuel Pump reset switch, 2001 Taurus. ?

Hi, Does anyone know how to reset the fuel pump switch in a Taurus? It's pressed in all the way, but is there a way to reset it to test it? The car is cranking but not turning on. The last time this happened it was that switch. It's absolutely freezing here at moment.
