how do i add horsepower to my car for cheap?

i have a 2007 chevy cobalt lt... just need a lil extra vroom if you know what i mean... 113mph isnt fast enough for me

nitrous...best bang for your buck. And if tuned properly there is no premature engine wear, like so many people assume.

How much money? I need to know, because I am inclined to advise you to go to a junk yard and find the Colbalt SS powertrain to swap in.

If you can't swing that, go for the basics.

intake
exhaust
camshafts
hotter burning plugs
higher octane fuel
advance cam timing

BTW, none of this will make your car faster, because it is electronically limited to that speed. it will only reach that speed quicker. If you really want to go faster, you need some sort of computer programmer to modify the limiter. Assuming your car is a five speed, it should be capable of at least 120 mph.
