Isn't an EIP or HPA Golf much much faster and much cheaper than a ZR1?

Why do people buy a ZR1 when it doesn't have the nobility of a Ferrari or Lamborghini or even that of a Porsche Cayman, and the ZR1 doesn't have the speed or performance of an HPA GOLF or EIP Golf either. For example you can get a EIP Golf for 1/3rd the price of a ZR1 that has a FAR FAR higher top speed.
