HAVE A 03 CHEVY BLAZER WITH BAD DOOR HINGES?

I GOT THE HINDGE PINS REPLACED AND IT ALL LINES UP REAL GOOD, BUT HOW DO YOU GET THE SPRING BACK IN? IS THERE A TOOL ? THANKS
