camaro to try and get our 150 mph license what camshaft?

We are building a 393 sbc camaro to get our 150 mph license.(6500 rpm or close) what are some general rules to look for in a camshaft like duration, lift and lobe separation..Also does it have to be small circle shaft to clear rods?..any help will sure be appreciated..Thanks Melvin
