Default Long tube header system for a 98 Chevy k1500?

Ive been looking for a long tube header system for my truck, which is a 1998 Chevy k1500 (4x4) with a 350 (5.7L). So far, all i have found is the systems for 99+ Chevy's and 88-95 Chevy's. For my truck all I can find is shorty headers, and just the long tube headers, not the system including the intermediate pipe, with or without the cats (I am from Alaska so I don't have emissions). Does anyone know of any systems available, or the websites that would have one? Ive tried summit, dynomax, and some others with no luck.

Also, if there is not one available, could anyone help me out with a part number of the intermediate pipe (between the header collector and the cat-back), and ill just but the 2 separately. BTW, 2.5" would be best, since stock is only 2.25" and my cat-back (dynomax ultra flo welded (dual) is 2.5" already" Thanks for any help you can give!
Before I get to much hate mail, even if I get a system that doesn't come with a cat, i will be putting one on, I wouldn't drive a vehicle without one, even though I don't have to have it in Alaska. I will go high flow, but it still does the job.
