Default Info on V8 conversion?

I have a 1996 Camaro RS 3.8 V6 and am wanting to put a LT1 5.7 V8 in it. Is there any conversion kit out there or what would I need to do this conversion. The car also has a automatimi transmission will that need to be changed as well. And what about the rear end?

you would do better selling your v6 camero, and buying what you want, your project is going to cost you more than the car is worth
