What could be wrong with a 1985 camaro v6 when all lights work except the dash and

tail lights? I've got a 1985 camaro v6 and it got in a front end accident and now the dash lights and the tail lights dont work. The headlights and blinkers and foglights work fine and I replaced all the fuses even though they were probably okay and they still dont work. The radio works its just the backlighting for the gauges in the dash and the tail lights, is it a relay or circuit or something, please help!
