Default My car won't struggles to stay...?

If I let my car sit to warm up and it reaches the point that's between Cold and a quarter warm on the temp guage it will struggle to stay on unless I pump the gas.

Also, if I drive my car for any period of time and then let it sit then try to start it up and and its a the same point on the temp gauge as above it will happen.

I do have a faulty fuel pump but I don't know if that is causing it.
