Default how do I get my 95 camaro started if I have electrical problem from the alarm?

the guy I bought the car from said the car won't start if I don't remove the alarm and his nephew tried to take out the alarm by cutting wires around the brain, but when my mechanic checked it out, that wasen't the case, the starter was bad and the alarm brain was out, I've replace the starter but it still won't start up, just turn kind of slow, in fact, I can't get start my car from the ignion, what could be the problem???
it's has a 3.4 engine...
