What would I do in this situation.........its about my car and the

dealership........? So i just recently bought a new car. When i bought it i traded in my old one, as well as gave them a large down payment. When i traded in my old car they obviously were going to pay off that car, and then clean it up and resell it on their lot. So i have my new car its great i love it, ive had it for a little over a month now, but about a week ago the bank called me and told me that my old car (the one i traded in) was still not paid off and that if i didnt make the payment in the next day or two they would take me to collections. So of course i called the car lot back that i sold the car to and asked them what was up, they said it shoudl be paid off by now but if its not it will be in a few days. Well almost two weeks went by and the bank for my old car called me again and said it still wasnt paid off, and that they were taking me to collections. So i talked to the car lot where i bought my new car and they argued with me and said it was already paid off and blah blah blah, so i just got fed up and told them to give me my car back and i would give them their car back and i would go buy a car from a diffrent lot well they have already sold my car! its been almost 2 months now and my old car still isnt paid off! and i dont want to go to collections so not only am i paying on my new car but im paying on the old car that i sold to them also! what can i do in this situation
