Default Body Lift VS. Suspension Lift?

Hello: i have 2 questions really:

A) is there a body lift that will allow you to still tow?

B) What would be the problem, if any, with JUST doing a body lift and NOT a suspension lift along with it?

I'm looking to put bigger rims/tires on my truck, but i still need the towing ability.
