ways to increase power in my 1994 oldsmobile royale 88?

im looking to get some more power out of my '94 olds royale. engine is in great condition. its a 3.8L v6 with 28ooo miles on it. yes, i said 28ooo miles on a 15 year old car. got it from family and they didnt really drive it much. anyways.........

its only crankin out a measly 170 hp and 220 torque. i dont want to get a new car, or a new engine, but i would like more power.
im gonna list the things i know of that arent much money, cause im kinda tapped at this point in time.

-cold air intake: how much power will this add? ive heard 5 hp all the way up to 35. what is the best kind of cold air intake that will get me the most power? where can i get it?

-bigger exaust: i know changing the intake isnt gonna do much if the exaust isnt changed to be bigger. cause if you suck in more air than you can push out...... well..... bad things happen for the engine. so how big should i get the new one? again, where to get it?

-high flow muffler: dont really remember why or where, but i remember i heard something about a high flow muffler improving power. is it true? if so, how much would it add? where to get it?

-new headers: im sure this would be a bit pricy for me right now, but im gonna ask about it anyways. how much power would new headers add? what kind should i get? where can i get them?
