sbc 383 stroker question?

with a eagle stroker kit in a 30 over 350 block makes it a 383 ?? if block was bored 40 over what would it make it ?? also with the stroker kits from eagle what block work will need to be done on clearence ??? thanks for any help ,i just got my 350 4 bolt main block from shop and woundering if i should turn it in to a stroker motor ill be useing a set of double humps 461 would this make a decent motor or should i leave it to stock crank with the 461 heads .this will be getting droped in a 84 z28
