Default 1998 z24 cavalier Headlight problem?

My 1998 z24 cavaliers lights were working fine this morning, but then tonight i turn them on and they are messed up.. my low beams, fog lights, and signals work. but when i flick the switch to get high beams, my "daytime driving lights" light comes on in my cluster, and the daytime driving lights come on... Im not sure whats wrong but heres a mini diagram of what my lights look like and which are my high beams.......
(o)(X)(X)(o) the X's are the high beams... which are not working.. please help?
