Used Toyota Solora for $5500 , is it a rip off? please help?

Hello guys, i live in Co and recently bought a Toyota Solora 2000 for 5500. when i asked the dealer if it has been in an accident, he said no. but today when i pulled the car fax report i found out it had been in an accident.
The car was sold as is. i am stupid enough to not pull the record before i bought the car.
would you guys please look at this carfax report and let me know if it's a good deal or a bad deal. if it's a bad deal, what can i do about it now? the guy hasn't given me the title paper yet, he said the printer is broken but i have the bill of sale and i paid in checks.
