Where is the reset or valve on a 1996 honda civic for fuel injector?

Ok i know nothing about cars except how to check the oil and change a tire so this may sound stupid.My friend has a 96 honda civic fuel injected an she ran the gas completely out and now it wont start we had a new fuel pump put in but it still wont star we were told we need to release the air out of the fuel injection line how do we do that i was told there is a valve under the hood. Is this true if so where
ok i know to look for the thingy that looks like a tire valve stem i just cant find it and yes we have changed the filter and have tried to start the car many times

if it has one, there is a line ,,,,jeez, you don tknow anything about cars.

look for a thingy that looks like a tire valve stem, with the ignition on let the air out of it, then try to start the car.

it shouldn't need bled. did they change the fuel filter?
