what are the tow specs on a 1990 chevy k1500 long bed reg. cab with the V6?

my frame is fine and im waiting to get a new hitch, i need to find out the weight cause i may need a weight distobution hitch

Depends on the class of hitch you have...and on an older truck like yours, the condition of the frame.
