Default 95 3.4l camaro engine?

I had a hobby guy fix my car and he said that he didnt get a fitting that was needed so he made his own and now my heat isnt working at all and i dont know if this has anything to do with it or not but here is a link to a picture!

its not my engine but it is two hoses under the intake...they are cut off!
so if you have any questions on what i mean message me or if you can help me out by telling me if thats my problem then i would appriciate it! thx!
