Default ive got a question about the ford fiesta and wheel spacers?

I have a ford fiesta mk5 2002 freestyle with 14” rims with a tyre width of 185 and an aspect ratio of 55.
I recently bought tyres with rims of 15” and a tyre width of 195 with an aspect ratio of 60.

When I put the wheels on I can here loads of noise coming from the wheels and where the tyres rub against the suspension arms.
I noticed it was rubbing against the suspension arms when I looking behind the wheels when I took the wheels off.

I recently heard of wheel spacers which basically gets put between the wheels and the wheel brackets which then spaces the wheels around 18 mm away from each other.

The tyre width is 195 and I know it is measured in mm so it will be 195mm and the spacers I’m looking to buy is 18 mm wide but not 100% sure if this is solve this problem.

The spacer are £50 and is a lot of money to spend if the idea doesn’t work.

If I buy the spacers will it space out the wheels enough for the wheels to do their job uninterrupted?

Also will the nuts for the wheels still be able to be attactched?

the wheel spacer will do the trick.. just don't go drag racing the.. nvm.. it's a fiesta. lol

there are different types of wheel spacers as well.. some have studs attached and some do not. if you get a big spacer ( which you are not) I would invest in longer studs... you are ok though.
