How do I replace an ignition swith on a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 pickup?

Am having trouble with the truck starting. Have replaced relays, starter/solenoid, battery is new. Vehicle starts, but when shut down and attempt to start again it won't turnover.
If I try the next morning it starts. It also started up right after replacing parts. I am figuring the next thing to replace is the ignition swith. Any advice???

what about nuetrel switch or shifter lever or linkage it doesn't sound like the ignition switch but its possible.GOOD LUCK!!!
