Scion xB - can you buy too cheap?

I have been considering getting this car as a commuter vehicle (20 miles round-trip) and as a fun care to take smaller trip in.
How well would a car of this size accomodate 2 adult an two childern, when used mainly for smaller trips? Have you had any problems with it?

I reccomend that you buy this vehicle, I love it. It's very roomy, and I can't praise the gas mileage enough :-), and it's just a cute lil' box of a car :-). When you get one you will begin to wonder how you managed without it.
