Stop by a car title loan place?

Just this morning I stop by a car title loan place to find out info. Well as I went inside i was quickly greeted by a barefoot female worker ask may I help you I said yes I'm thinking of asking for a loan and she quickly ask for my car keys to start it and test drive it around the block what got me upset first that she was barefoot why couldn't she put on her shoes, she rushed right on over to me,second I hadn't even sign papers for a loan and last did she have a right to take and drive my car barefoot makes me think twice about a place where people rush to you. Last my car is a 2006 BMW M5 any suggestions for me.

What you should think twice about is taking out a title loan on your car. Places like this charge incredibly high interest rates. Try taking out a personal loan at a bank. Even opening a credit card would beat taking out a title loan.

As far as they test driving thing is concerned, you essentially gave permission by giving her the keys to your car. If you didn't want her to drive your car, you didn't have to hand over the keys. That's on you.
