2000 s10 Lift kit problems??? plz help..?

i have a completely stock 2000 chevy s10 4wd 4.3L v6 and i need new tires and i want to go ahead and put on like 31-10.50-15 or 32's but i need a lift on it and i would like to put on a suspension lift rather than a body lift kit. it has torsion bars in the front and i was plannin on doin a torsion bar lift kit but my buddy told me it will screw up the camber and that the rear axle is above the leaf springs so i would have to flip it. i dont want to have to do that and my bro said i could just use shackles and it would fix it but my buddy said they wont hold.

will it?

is there another cheap suspension lift kit i could do?

i only got like $100-$200 to work with and i can do it all myself
