what body lift kit should i get???? ?

I have a 1990 toyota pickup truck with an extended cab.i want to get a body lift for it but i know nothing about lift kits. i want a body lift because they are much cheaper than a suspension lift and i won't be doing very much offroading. i think i want a 3" lift. if anyone could find one that would be right for me maybe on the internet and post a link, it would help a lot. My price range is under $500.00
