Ford Focus vs. Hyundai Sonata?

Could a stick shift 06 Ford Focus Zx3 S beat a 04 Hyundai Sonata V6 in a race. Which car would win? Both of these cars are stock.

I'm thinking the Focus would take the start, but the Sonata would catch up. Just wondering what everyone else would say,
