A Monroe car dealer was arrested Wednesday on a new round of charges stemming from a police investigation of his second-hand car business on Main Street.
Bradford J. Martin Jr., 56, owner of Martin and Parsons Auto Sales, was charged in a warrant with 10 counts of second-degree forgery and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with regard to car sales at his business after he surrendered at police headquarters, police reported.
Martin was arrested a month ago on six larceny charges and five counts of failure to deliver a vehicle title or title application after police investigated complaints about cars he had sold to customers last year.
Martin, held Wednesday in lieu of $20,000 bond, was taken to Bridgeport Superior Court for arraignment on the new charges.
