Default 2006 Cobalt SS problem?

Okay, I was wiring an accessory to my ignition switch today and blew the IP IGN fuse, well i replaced the fuse and now the car wont start, it cranks but it doesnt seem like its getting any fuel, i checked the fuel pump fuses and relays but they are all fine.

does anyone have any ideas?
