what can shut down fuel system on 95 3.4 camaro?

i just put a new 3.4 engine in my camaro it had a 3.4 and this one only has 300 miles on it . but when i put this one in the whole fuel system seems to be shut off. the fuel pump and injectors. we can keep it running by spraying fuel in the intake. what is shutting the fuel system down?

fuel filter plugged...
failed to hook up oil pressure sensor that turns on fuel pump.
kinked a metal fuel line....

air lock or crap in lines
