insurgence go up? I was driving to work like I do every day and all the sunning I hard a boom. I stopped right then and saw that a man had hit the top of my car. After a min. I got out of my car and asked if he was OK. and said that I was sorry... he side that he was fine. I didn't know that I ran over his foot after a few min s... he told me that I did... I asked again if he was OK... he side fine... and then we both went our own ways. they filed a report I don't balm them... but I was just waning how much my incurnce could go up... he is not suing me...

I also wanted to know if you can be sued for scratching a parted car next to you and them driving away with out asking your name and info... they drove away not me... or well they drove away first then I did after they have left the parking lot. She was pretty mad...
