Cleared Dealer Backlog

It looks as if some of the dealers that requested to be a part of Car Dealer Check were not being sent to the moderation queue, where I check if they already exist on the site and they're an actual car dealer, and instead were being sent to the approved queue without being approved.

This caused them not to be listed and left me know way of noticing them. The issued has been resolved and stop gaps have been put into place to prevent this from happening again.

My apologies for any dealers that were affected and please reply to this post if your dealership is still missing.
