I am tryin to buy a 2001 v6 camaro how fast are the really?

i am 16 tryin to buy a 2001 v6 camaro and make it kinda fast but keeping it affordable what kind of parts can i put on it? can anyone tell me what a stock v6 camaro runs the 1/4 or the 1/2 mile? thanks
